In 2016, the company introduced a mobile banking platform. The business had an urgent need to expedite application development for a swift market release.
We initiated an audit to clearly outline the product and its scope. Following this, we introduced the comprehensive LeSS framework. By restructuring the organization, we established a consolidated Product Group with one Product Owner and one Product Backlog, which facilitated a unified approach to the product. We trainined the employees and successfully launched five cross-functional teams, enabling agile shifts in focus and workload equilibrium. Moreover, we enhanced HR processes and optimized product-related workflows.
A total of six Scrum teams were engaged in product design, and the coalition they established consistently secured the top position at the bank's demo day. By spring 2017, the mobile application had risen to the fifth position in the Markswebb rating within the category of the best tablet applications.
