The business experienced explosive growth during the pandemic, driven by the surge in demand for delivery services. The company had ten teams that were growing rapidly both in the number of employees and tasks. The management recognized the need to streamline the workflow to create a more transparent and adaptable development process that could respond effectively to various objectives and market demands.
We conducted an audit and, in collaboration with top managers, delineated the product's boundaries, dividing it into areas of value. In each of them, we set up the work from 4 to 8 teams. We educated the employees to gauge their performance based on the value of their work rather than the quantity of tasks completed. Additionally, we recruited Scrum Masters and initiated communities to disseminate knowledge among developers.
The transformation created a transparent workflow, enabling both the CEO and the Product Owner to gain insights into every facet of the development process. It became evident how to orchestrate the company's operations for rapid scaling. These changes facilitated business growth, upheld streamlined processes, and allowed for a significant market share capture.
