The company's initial values were established in 2018 when Mighty Buildings began its journey. As the team expanded, welcoming new members with distinct cultures, it became evident that a revision of the values was necessary.
We conducted interviews with employees, during which they answered questions to identify the values that held significance for them. Subsequently, participants had to select the most relevant values from a list of over 150. The next phase involved delving into three selected values, describing the behaviors that bolstered them and those that undermined them.
The company's new values encompass collaboration, fun, innovation & creativity, and respect & trust. These four principles have permeated the company's daily operations as employees embrace and internalize them. Engaging all employees in this process was crucial since genuine values are reflected in people's conduct, making them the ultimate arbiters.
